Our Solution

Back up your important data to our servers right here in Humboldt County. Our technicians will create a custom backup plan for you depending on the amount of data you need backed up. Most backups can be performed over the internet by simply uploading your data to our network, but for bigger jobs we can send a technician to your home or office to gather the data on a removable device to be copied to our systems.

In the event of data loss at your home or office, we can deploy a technician to your site with copies of your data ready to be restored on your systems.

Our Facilities

Sprux operates two local facilities for data and service backup purposes. Each houses multiple high-end servers boasting terabytes of redundant storage. Each network is hardened and protected from network instrusions by a layered system of firewalls, policies, and application-specific security, and all network traffic is heavily encrypted to keep your backup transfers private and secure.

These networks are not accessible to the public and are physically protected with locks, alarm systems, surveillence, and our 24/7 support staff.
