On-site Support

Sprux has its roots in on-site support. We started out fixing computers and networks for local individuals and businesses back in 2002, and we continue to support our clients on-site when requested.

Home PCs

A Sprux technician will be deployed to your home to diagnose and repair any problems you have. We are prepared to fix software and operating system problems, replace faulty hardware, upgrade your computer, install networks, and troubleshoot just about anything related to your home computing experience.

Business Networks

Our technicians have countless hours of experience troubleshooting and upgrading business networks and workstations. We can handle major network upgrades and troubleshoot most corporate software and operating system issues.

Rates

On-site service rates start at $75 per hour. Travel time outside the Eureka/Myrtletown/Cutten area is billed at $55/hr.
